Aperture is the window in the lens that lets light in and out. The bigger your lens the more light you have in the picture. For example, the photo directly below is an example of wide aperture.

Small aperture is just the opposite. the window in the camera is small, letting in less light. the picture below is an example of small aperture. When you have lights in the background and you use a small aperture, you can get the splotches of light called boka.
Shutter Speed
Shutter speed is the part of the camera that opens and closes to let light in and out of the camera and take a picture. The picture yo the left is an example of a fast shutter speed. It was taken at 1/4000.
ISO
Iso is the sensitivity to light. For example the lower you your sensitivity to light the darker your photo is going to be. the two photos below are examples of light sensitivity. one has low sensitivity and one has a hight sensitivity and is lighter.
RICHARD AVEDON
Richard Avedon was a famous american fation and portraite photographer. He was born on May 15th 1923 and died on October 1st 2004. Richard Avedon was best known for his work in the fashion world and for his minimalist portraits.
